Metal Carport Kits Can Be Delivered Inexpensively. There Must Be A Forklift Or Two People Available To Hand Off Load Carport Kit. The Truck Does Not Come With A Forklift And The Driver Is Not Allowed To Off Load. Delivery Site Must Be Capable Of Accepting A 48‘ Flat Bed Truck and Be a Commercial Business. The Entire Kit Weighs Appx. 1,000 Pounds. However No Individual Component Weighs More Than 75 #. Unloads Quickly.

Most of the competition provides flimsy 29 Gauge Panels. Our metal RV Shelter kits come standard with strong 26 gauge roofing. RV Shelters come standard with strong 24 gauge roofing. Western States Decking is a metal roofing manufacturer. Therefore, we can provide you with a stronger panel at a lower price than a distributor of RV Shelters that does make their own panels.
Western Rib metal RV Shelter panel is available in painted or ZINCALUME® finishes. This metal RV Shelter roofing panel is 1 1/2″ deep with a 7.2″ Pitch. Western Rib through fastened roofing panel provides a 36″ coverage. It is easy to install and looks great on you metal RV Shelter.
Metal RV Shelter Kits can be shipped anywhere in the country very inexpensively on one of our route trucks.

Delivery Information
Metal carport kits can be delivered inexpensively. There must be a forklift or two people available to hand off load carport kit. The truck does not come with a forklift and the driver is not allowed to off load. Delivery site must be capable of accepting a 48‘ flat bed truck and be a commercial business. The entire kit weighs approx. 1,000 pounds. However no individual component weighs more than 75 lbs.
Must have a truck or trailer capable of hauling 18′ long panels. Metal carport awnings can be picked by customer at the following locations:

Installation Instructions
Metal Car Port Assembly Instructions:
- Set columns in holes and run string lines at ground level and top of the columns.
- Align columns and check diagonal dimensions to be square.
- Fill holes with concrete and position the columns for the roof slope using a level to plumb and string lines for height and alignment.
- When concrete is cured screw purlins to the columns and roof deck to the purlins.
Notes:
- This product is flexible and different technologies can be used.
- Do not leave columns without proper bracing.
- Each sheet provides 36″ of coverage in width.
